22. Innovation Lab.
Since we live in an age of innovation, a practical
education must prepare a man for a work that does not
yet exist and cannot yet be clearly defined.
At JNU, we not only provide a platform but also
resources and encouragement to the students in our
Innovation Lab to explore their ideas and dreams into
reality. This is the platform where students
are free to put their creativity in reality.
It also help in their all round development
and enhances their personalities.
23. Mentorship Program
The objective and the purpose of the Faculty’s Mentor-
Mentee is to provide guidance to mentees on academic
matters and to foster a close and constructive
professional relationship.
24. Mentees are encouraged to:
Work with mentors to establish a schedule of regular
meetings.
Allow sufficient time to ask questions and discuss
issues openly
Arrive promptly to all appointments
Share information and ideas
Continuously seek feedback in order to understand
and clarify issues or questions.

JNU has an independent Training & Placement Cell
dedicated for strengthening the interaction between
institute and industry.
Training & Placement also arranges for summer
practical training for all students and various sessions
of group discussions and mock interviews are
organized.
Industrial Tours are organized by all the faculties of
university to important industrial destinations fro
effective industry interface.
