You will need to revise your plan started in Planning 10
Document your Daily Physical Activity on learnnowbc.ca
Document your 30 hours of work experience and/or
community service
Exit Interview – will occur in the Spring
(All the forms are available in the Career Centre)
3. Grad Checks
80 credits (minimum)
English 10, Science 10, Math 10, PE 10, Socials 11, Planning
10, English 11, English 12
Pre-requisites for Post-Secondary Plans
Grad Transition Plan, signed off
4. Post Secondary and Scholarship
• Grad Website: Lambrickparkgrad.weebly.com
• Scholarship Blog -subscribe for regular updates, if
you follow LP on Twitter or Facebook you will receive
notices whenever something is posted.
• Applying to Post Secondary – deadlines, self reporting
• See Rocky and/or Mr. Somers if pursuing education in
the US
• Make sure you have completed the PSI process on the
ministry website if you are attending post secondary
next year
5. Important Dates
• Thursday, December 5 – 6 pm – 10 pm at the “Beach House”
• Tickets $65.00 for Grads & $75.00 for Guests with approved form
(available in the office starting Monday).
• Grad Ceremony, Friday, June 6, 2014
• Grad Banquet, Monday, June 23, 2014 @ Inn at Laurel Point
• Other Activities? Come to Grad Council Room 9 Thursdays at
lunch

7. Yearbook Write Ups
Baby Photo and write up to be dropped off in the office
Grad Photos

8. Final Points
• Grad Banquet will be Monday, June 24 at the INN at Laurel Point $80
• Grad Costs $60, if you did not pay in September please take care of this
by end of April
