2. Our Lucaya
Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas
The Lucaya Beach Resort is a 360 million dollar world-
class luxury resort. Amenities featured at this 1,600-room
resort include a convention center, banquet facilities,
swimming pools, tennis courts, speciality restaurants,
casino, spa, retail shopping market and a championship
golf course
Disney’s Boardwalk Resort
Lake Buena Vista, Florida
This 85-acre resort can be seen from Disney’s
EPCOT Center includes a 850-room hotel,
retail stores, restaurants, and an entertain-
ment center.
Ocean Club
Paradise Island, Bahamas
The project features four six-story buildings that are
arranged to take full advantage of the striking ocean
views. The development includes 88 condominiums
with underground and surface parking and a private
marina on Nassau Harbour.
Frenchman’ Cove
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
This is a 13-acre, 190-unit property owned by Marriott
Vacation Club International. This site is very mountain-
ous with average 2h:lv slopes and rock at the ground
surface in many areas. Providing accessibility and
excavation efficiency were the most significant chal-
lenges for this site.

3. The Atlantis Resort and Casino
Paradise Islands, Bahamas
The Atlantis Resort features 3,150-rooms, a casino, an en-
tertainment center, restaurants, the world’s largest open-
air aquarium, fresh and salt water lagoons, and swimming
pools on a 661-acre site.
Hard Rock Hotel
Universal Studios, Florida
The Hard Rock Hotel is a 650-room resort
developed on a 14-acre site. The hotel is
located at Universal Studios Florida.
Ritz Carlton
St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands
This project was a 48-room expansion combined
with an 80-unit timeshare project on 27-acres of
beach front. This project also included the expan-
sion of the reserve osmosis water treatment plant
and a reuse water distribution system.
Royal Pacific Resort
Universal Studios, Florida
The Royal Pacific Resort is located on
a 40-acre site at Universal City, Florida.
The hotel has 1,000 guest rooms, 12,000
square feet of restaurants, a 100,000
square foot convention facility, outdoor
function areas, a pool, a boat landing and
950-parking spaces.
