2. Universal Studios CityWalk
Orlando, Florida
CityWalk is a night time entertainment
complex located a the entrance of Univer-
sal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Worlds of Discovery
Dubai, UAE
The project will occupy ‘the crown’ of The Palm
Jebel Ali on a giant island shaped to look like
a giant killer whale from the air. The parks will
include 107.5 acres for SeaWorld, 112.4 acres
for Busch Gardens and 30 acres apiece for the
Discovery Cove and Aquatica parks. They will all
be tied together by a 10 acre Shopping, Dining,
Entertainment district and the remaining property
on the island will be used for a series of resort
projects. Preliminary design work and site plan-
ning is underway.
Islands of Adventure
Universal City, Florida
Islands of Adventure is a 105.acre theme park
located at Universal City Florida in Orlando. The
park’s theme is that of a journey of exploration,
where guests depart from a main port on an “in-
land sea” to visit six islands arranged around a
lagoon, each having its own distinct theme.
Walt Disney World Indy 200
Lake Buena Vista, Florida
The Disney Indy 200 Race Track is a one mile tri-oval speedway,
infield parking areas, a 125 foot tunnel allowing access to the infield
areas, storm drainage system with a Mickey Mouse shaped reten-
tion pond.

The main features of the 200-acre Wide Wold of
Sports complex are a major league baseball spring
training stadium and the field house.
Atlantis Resort
Paradise Island, Bahamas
The Atlantis Resort project encompasses a hotel built over a 7-acre lagoon,
a casino, a 34-acre waterscape, a 6-story Mayan Temple waterslide. The
resort also includes a convention center, a 15-acre freshwater and saltwater
pool complex, a 10-acre ocean-fed lagoon.
Disney’s Pleasure Island

Disney’s Pleasure Island entertainment complex
is a unique nigh time adventure, encompassing
several night clubs, restaurants and shops. The
site features three bridges, several outdoor plazas
and a central street connecting the pedestrian use
areas.
