                            from the list box.
                        •   Select       corresponding
                            Ticket priority from the list
                            box.
                        •   Post your inquiry in Ticket
                            Subject and message
                            box.
                        •   Proceed to Ticket preview
                            and confirm the Ticket
                            posting.

                        •   Post Ticket reply for the
                            assigned tickets.
                        •   Do the Ticket Conversation
                            with    assigned      staff
                            member.
