Go to Create Group on the left hand side of your facebook homepage.
Select the people who you are involved in your project

Select Secret from the privacy drop-down box – because you don't need anyone else
nosing into your projects
Give your project a name
Then press create
Post To do lists on the wall for all to see. All group members will be notified of the new
message

Click on the icon at the top of the page to change the photo. Upload a photo from
your computer.
Click on Create Doc to make a shared document where changes can be tracked.

To create meetings for your group members click on Create Event
You can organise a meeting just like you would using google or outlook (although
there is no calendar view as of yet). Be careful to make the meeting private by
unticking the 'anyone can view' box. This is very important to keep everything private.
Be sure to message the people you have invited when the meeting gets close.
The meeting shows up on the page. All you need to do to remind others is to
comment on the meeting or send a message to those attending the event.
You can upload presentation via pdf or slideshare as usual.

If you want to chat to all the members of the group who are online at once. Click on
the Chat with group link on the right hand side
The difference here is that you can chat with more than one person and the person's
profile picture is visible.
