The reproduced civil war uniforms are purchased by museum for display. These are manufactured with great care. These are also used by docents and historical interpreters.

The American Civil war is a war which left a lasting impression on the human mind as it let to

uniform reproductions . The U.S. Army uniform finally took its form in the 1858 regulations
and were called as it consisted of Campaign Uniform, Parade Uniform and Fatigue Uniform.

forms or styles as the uniform was modified according to the local conditions. The uniforms

caders occasionally wore gray as per their location. Interestingly, a number of soldiers used to
replace their regulation and would wear popular styles of hats than the ususal ones. Also, the
marines were given leather shakos before the onset of war but it was were replaced with kepis.

Northern parth of America industry got a boost during the civil war. As the north produced cotton
and woolen textiles 17 times more than Southern America. Similar was with the leather industry
which produced goods 30 times more than southern part of the country. In fact the northern
america’s mere 40 per cent of the population was engaged in agricukture and remaining 60 per
cent was working in the industries owing to the growth while 84 per cent of Southern America’s
population during the war was still un the agricukture sector.
