Launching a job plan involves running a referral search, manual sourcing, an internal launch, and posting jobs to boards. The referral search emails approved contacts and limits initial reach. Priming the pump involves contacting 10 candidates before launch to generate interest. Sourcing finds candidates through research and networking. Potential phone call targets include current/future peers, past applicants, and competitor employees. Jobs are posted to at least 4 boards, with technical jobs on Dice and sales on Salesjobs. Approval is needed to use a company name in postings.
Accolo casts the widest net possible in order to identify candidates from all appropriate sources. We are source neutral, which means that it doesn’t matter where the best candidate comes from – we use any sources that can provide results. Our sourcing techniques include: Posting to all major job boards, including Monster, CareerBuilder, HotJobs, Craigslist, and Dice (for tech positions.) Tapping into the Accolo career referral network, creating a viral marketing buzz around every job we support. Allows us to scale the ability to refer candidates into a position. Direct and targeted sourcing using investigative research and cold calling techniques and Networking through user groups, associations, professional organizations We follow up with all candidates and treat them with respect. See the Candidate Bill of Rights in the Appendix.
Before running the referral search we do a final plan review – internal review and HM review. We source to pre-seed the search.
System provides 100 at a time. Do not exceed 500 mark without contacting your Director.
The associates will assist in posting jobs for you - although you should be perfectly capable of doing it yourself.
Before launching any position, make one last review for spelling, typos or other errors. Only launch the plan after you have run the RSE, sourcing is complete and the final HM review/sign-off is complete.
