Prior to joining the banking and financial services division of Angott Search Group in 2006, J.T. spent five years
in the accounting industry specializing in accounting and tax software. He currently specializes in search and
recruitment for the commercial lending, small business lending and finance sectors.

A consummate professional, J.T. strives to be his clients’ most valued and trusted resource for selecting
individuals who add value to their organizations and to treat his candidates with respect, and honesty. J.T.
graduated with a BBA in computer information systems with minors in accounting and general business from
Western Michigan University.
