1. Work about strength
Before starting to train the strength we must do one of the most
important parts of a P.E lesson, the warm up.
To start the warm up we can run 4 laps around the
pavilion, changing the running style, after that we must
stretch our muscles to prevent injuries. After stretching our
muscles we can play a traditional game like “The Stop”,
“Gavilan” etc... When we do these things we are already to
focusing a little be on straight??? because remember this is the
warm up not the main part. For working the strength we can do
a play game that imitate sumo
After playing that game we can do “la carretilla “ in pairs,
which consists of catching the legs of my partner and
then carrying him or her from one side to the
another.
2. We can also do “the caballito “that which consists of
carrying on my partner on my back and carry on him or
her to from one side to the another.
To carry on with our lesson we can do a circuit training. In this
case we have different parts, one to do chin ups?,
and the other to do a sit ups , push ups and squats . In
the warm up we remain in a place 20 sec training and 10
seconds to rest.
In the main part we do the same circuit of training but in this
case we stay 30 seconds per station and no rest time oh , of
course we must run from one station to another
because if we don’t do that it is -0,2.
And the last part of our P.E lesson is the cool down. We must
relax our muscles , starching? stretching
again, then we go and get changed and then to another
class.
