14. - Rejection Cost - 50% of the total cost of the job (Rejection charges are levied if the assignment doesn’t get completed within 2 months of commencement. Rejection charges are adjustable if the assignment continues later with the same design) - A PO would have to be raised, post which the assignement would commence - System work on images (if any), would be charged at Rs. 3000.00 per hour - Conveyance, if any, at actuals - Third party costs viz. photography, images from vendors, etc. would be charged as per actuals + 17.65% Agency Com. + Service Tax - Prints, if any, would be charged Extra - CDs / DVDs could be burnt & delivered to respective media on client approval - Any change in layout / components would be charged extra, depending on the scope of work - Copy, final image, fonts, etc. to come from the client's end - Adaptation would be retaining the same copy, visual/s & layout - Service Tax @ 10.3% Extra Notes:
