Art. 12: Minimum conditions for RJ:
• RJ used only if it’s in the interest of the victim
• Voluntary participation: no coercion
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time
• Victim will receive full and unbiased information
about RJ process, potential outcomes and
implementation of agreement
• RJ process is in principle confidential
• Participation for the victim is safe (see art. 18 -
24)
