          Surveillance: ABER = Around 8%, Involvement of RMP, AWW, NGO & CHG
          Establishment of Microscopy Facility & Malaria Clinics both in private (MOU) and public sector
          Case Management & Referral: Logistics availability up to SC level
          Formation of RRT at BPHC level
          Integrated Vector Control Measures
          Sensitization of different level of health workers & private orgs.
          Intersectoral convergence
          Advocacy workshop for community mobilization
          Pilot project for ITBN
          Proposal for VBD Supervisor for every block

KALA AZAR

          Active case search in camp mode followed by two round of IRS to achieve elimination by 2015
          Wage loss for the patients and incentive for ASHA for diagnosis & treatment
          Environmental Management Plan for safe handling, storage, transportation and disposal of DDT
          Tribal village meeting for sensitization of the community
          Proposal for Indra Abash Jojona for tribal endemic villages

Dengue/AES/JE

          Proposal is placed for procurement of MAC ELISA Machine & NS1 ELISA kit for Dengue for RDH
          Reorientation of MO/health workers/Stake holders, demand of fund is placed
          Community Sensitization for better and safe piggeries for AES/JE
          Proposal of immediate deployment of Microbiologist and Epidemiologist from IDSP Fund
