MAIN PRESENTATION SPACE - STUDIO 3 DRIVEIN24 is a two-story, multi-functional, state-of-the-art photography studio with three independent facilities; capable of hosting a separate Runway Show and Presentation simultaneously, with additional spacefor hair, make up and wardrobe. CENTERED STAGE SEATED RUNWAY STUDIO 3 - 4,500 sq ft Presentation SpaceThe T-shaped floor plan of Studio 3 offers four dynamic layouts, with convenient ground floor entrance through two garage doors and permanent rigging points in the15ft-ceiling. STUDIO 2 – 1,400 sq ft Backstage Take advantage of the full square footage of both Studios 1 and 3, and book Studio 2 (1,400 sq ft), for independent hair, make up and wardrobe. - Ample power: 100-amp distribution box- Tall ceiling: 14ft-high- Soft natural sunlight: southern exposure- Wood floor- Existing make up stations, mirrors, seating- Private Restroom- Built in iPod-compatible sound system- Adjacent to DRIVEIN24’s café

Café & Sponsor Lounge, 2nd FloorCreate a branded sponsor lounge to host editors between shows and display products or offer give-a-ways.- Permanent bar, with sink and refrigerator - Plasma TV with DVD player for sponsor reels- Ample wall space for gobo or video projections- Beautifully finished painted grey floor- Furnished with a white leather bench and black leather sofa- No vendor exclusivity agreements- Access to two private restrooms- Adjacent to Studio 1 and 2 on second floor
