How to Customize Company Greeting from Android Office@Hand Mobile App.

1. Setting up your Company Greeting via
Android
Details Setting up Company Greeting on your Office@Hand Android mobile app is easy. For instructions, follow
the steps below.
NOTE: You need to be an account administrator to perform these steps.
Step 1:
Launch your Office@Hand mobile app on your Android device.
Step 2:
Tap Menu and select Settings.
Step 3:
Tap Phone System.

2. Step 4:
Tap Auto-Receptionist.
Step 5:
Select Greeting & Company Calls.

3. Step 6:
Select After Hours tab and tap Greeting.
Step 7:

4. Select the Custom and tap Record.
NOTE: A pre-recorded greeting is set by default.
Step 8:
Enter your phone number then tap Call Now.
Step 9:
Tap Done when finished.
You have now setup a company greeting on your Office@Hand Android mobile app.
