How to Customize your Office@Hand Company Greeting via Online Portal

1. Customizing your Company Hours

Details Aside from the default pre-recorded or default greeting RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T provided on
the account, you also have an option to customize your greeting to better fit your business needs.
This article will guide you on how to customize your Company Hours greeting. To do this, follow the steps
below:
NOTE: You can only do the following procedure if you are logged in as the Account Administrator.
Step 1:
Log in to your RingCentral Office@Hand from AT&T online account. For instructions, click here.
Step 2:
Go to Settings and select Phone System.
Step 3:
Click Auto-Receptionist.
Step 4:
Click Greeting & Company Calls.

2. Step 5:
Make sure that the radio button for Play company greeting is selected, then click on the Greeting
tab.
NOTE: Company Hours is set to 24 hours by default. If a specific Company Hours or Business
Hours is set, same option will be available under After Hours.
Step 6:
The pre-recorded company greeting is set by Default. Click the radio button beside Custom to
customize your greeting. There are three (3) options to do this.

3. Record Over the Phone
This is where you can have RingCentral call you to your preferred number to record your greeting.
Step 1:
Choose your web account phone number, or Enter a new phone number, that is not in your
account
Step 2:
Click Call Now.
NOTE: Once call is received you may need to press 1 to accept the call. Once call is
accepted, instructions will be provided in order for you to record your greeting. Just follow
accordingly.
After recording an audio player like will appear on the bottom to play back what you've
recorded.

4. Step 3:
Click Save.
Record Using Computer Microphone
Step 1:
Speak into the microphone and adjust the slider until the volume meter stays in the green
area. Click Record.

Step 2:
Click Save.
Import
This is where you can upload an existing recording or audio file you have saved on your computer.
Step 1:
Click Import.
Step 2:
Click Browse.
Step 3:
Look for the audio file that you will upload, once found, click Open.
NOTE: You can only use .wav or .mp3 audio files. Wav audio files should be PCM at 8bit
16khtz. You can use a third-party software that detects the media info of the audio file.

5. Step 4:
Click Attach. An audio player like will appear on the bottom to play back what you uploaded.

6. Step 5:
Click Save.
You now have successfully customized your Company Hours greeting.
NOTE: If you wish to change your customized greeting, you can press to listen and to re-record
your custom greeting according to your preffered option. Follow the same steps as stated above.
