29. Tracey provides business development mentorship and
strategic direction to Sea.
Tracey has a proven executive management track
record and over 20 years of experience driving business
development. Prior to joining the team at Sea, Tracey
established the UK’s first dedicated Rescue Training Centre
at a unique training base on the North Coast of Cornwall.
Today the site is a multifaceted tourism, training and events
business.
During the early 1990’s Tracey led a number of England’s
first Rural Tourism Development initiatives based in West

England, Ireland, Europe and North America.
