Motion
We anticipate that as part of our production, either in our main
TV ads or in our ancillary TV sponsorship sequence, we will
be relying on Motion 5 to create graphic sequences. Motion is
a piece of software which we haven’t used before so research
surrounding what it is capable of and how to achieve such
effects is necessary before we begin our project. Sourcing
guides on the internet proved fairly difficult so we resulted to
turning to Apple to aid our development in understanding of
the software. Apple has a free online comprehensive guide to
Motion which introduces the software along with explaining
how to do specific tasks that a user may want to carry out. We
will be using this website as reference, along with several
YouTube tutorials, to teach ourselves the skills needed to
create our Motion clips.
