6. 1) Outgoing Mobility Opening :
➢
During Spring term, ENSIAS asks partners about available slots open for ENSIAS
students
➢
Publication of Call for mobility after the production of Semester 3 results
2) Expression of interests :
➢
The interested students in outgoing mobility express their interest by registering
themself and expliciting their TOP N preferences
3) Pré-Selection based on three criterias (Intellectual quotient oriented) :
➢
Ranking according to Average mark of Semesters 1, 2 (and eventually Semester 3)
(before resit)
➢
Exemplary cursus
4) Selection
➢
The pre-selected students are invited to an interview with a selection committee
gathering the vice-directors, cooperation service, and professors representing all
departement
➢
The selection committee studies (a) the motivation aspects, (b) the financial
aspects, and (c) the ability to manage mobility constraints (emotional quotient
oriented)
➢
Attribution of a mobility slot is based on ranking, and then according to FIFO
preferences order (rules : no preference change is admitted, the student gets his
best available slot (down-selection is not permitted), if a better slot become
available we propose to the student with the best rank, than the followers)

7. 5) Communication with mobility partner and abroad application
➢
After the interview, list of accepted are sent to partners (one by one)
➢
Each (chosen) group leader must collect his group of students data, and become
their point of conctact
➢
The application procedures (if available) are sent to the group leader to
communicate to the group
➢
Each group send their hard files following the procedure to the hosting partner
➢
Cooperation service send digital files according to agreed format
6) Support Processes :
➢
Learning agreement process, Visa process, Grant process, Accomodation process
are followed by students and coached by cooperation service
9) Integration & Mobility Execution :
➢
In September. The students should integrate be subscribed in their
mobility school
➢
Periodic Feed backs are given to cooperation service through e-mail and

8) Outgoing Mobility validation :
➢
The partner delivers original grade book
➢
The mobility student delivers a mobility report
➢
ENSIAS pedagogy commission decides on the obtained credits validation to
deliver ENSIAS degree to mobility students
