Clinton Consulting, Inc (CCI) is a full-service performance improvement company that designs and develops customized business solutions to help organizations improve their performance and overall results. Our services are: Strategy Formation. We help our clients evaluate and develop their overall company strategy and integrate their product development processes into the overall company strategy. Performance Improvement The Baldrige Performance Improvement criteria is a nation quality improvement program that is fully supported by the US Congress and the President. The criteria provides methodologies for organizations to systematically improve all phases of their operations. Project Planning We help the client develop a project master schedule and project team Process Development One of greatest asset for our client is the development of advanced processes. Implementation Implementation is selecting and applying the best and right tools. We help our clients avoid costly mistakes. Training We provide training in key technologies. Small-Medium Business Development We help our clients create new marketplace penetration into government procurement.
STRATEGIC FORMATION Introducing a new product and/or related services without a clear vision and strategy for the entire company is setting the company on a pathway to failure. Some of the key questions we help our clients address are – What is our driving force? Do we want to be a local, regional, or international company? Do we understand our customer needs? Clinton Consulting has developed a strategic planning process that has key fundamental process steps. The process, however, has flexibility in that it can be tailored to any company, department or organization. These activities are performed by the next level of management with senior management approval, The Strategic Plan is a management tool when the entire organization is performing per the plan. This strategic planning process step involves other managers and individual contributors. Develop or validate the Mission or Purpose Statement Develop or validate the Vision Statement Determine the navigational Driving Force (Marketplace) Establish or validate external stakeholder values Establish or validate internal stakeholder values The first five steps of Clinton Consulting Strategic Planning process is based on the work of the Senior leaders of the organization.These activities are designed to establish the general direction for the organization. Performance Assessment SWOT/Gap Analysis Development of Strategies and Goals for the organization Devlop action plans and assignments Implement Action Plans and measure performance against plan. Baldrige Model for Organizational Performance Excellence The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is presented annually by the President of the United States to organizations that demonstrate quality and performance excellence. Three awards may be given annually in each of six categories: > Manufacturing  > Service Companies > Small Business > Education > Healthcare > Nonprofit The Award Recipients are selected based on their achievement in seven areas known as the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence: > Leadership > Strategic Planning > Customer and Market Focus > Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management > Employee Focus > Process Management > Business Results A team of highly trained examiners/evaluators will review the selected companies through a detailed examination of the documented performance and a physical examination on-site. After a thorough review and examination, the company is awarded the Baldrige Award in their field of Endeavour. We have served on evaluation teams for the Banking, Healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.

PROJECT   MANAGEMENT The project manager must function within the Project Management Body of Knowledge established by the Project Management Institute (PMI.) The project manager must manage the project life cycle designated as CDEF-Conceive, Develop, Execute, Finish and the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and in some cases the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC.) The project manager job description is one that involves many skills, as noted in the figure shown on the right. Many of the Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (SKAs) are those found in general management candidates. However, the project manager must have SKA in many of the functional areas. At Clinton Consulting we have a deep understanding of the role of the project manager as well as the overall project management process. General Service Administration (GSA) Under the GSA Schedules program, GSA establishes long-term governmentwide contracts that allow customers to acquire a vast array of supplies (products) and services directly from commercial suppliers. With a large portion of government purchasing being made via GSA Schedules contracts, the program offers exciting opportunities for vendors.  Our most comprehensive services includes all work necessary for our client to be awarded a GSA Schedule contract, developing a government procurement marketing plan, and on-going opportunity pursue. Small Business Administration (SBA) Small and sometime medium sized businesses have difficulties competing in the marketplace. SBA created the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program to give disadvantaged businesses an opportunity to compete equally. We complete all the forms and write the narrative to support the application for the SBA 8(a) certification. Upon being accepted into the business development program, we write the business plan for our client.
