aware of social media.

after an interview

2. Hand written one to get there a week or two

on first appearances, especially when
interviewing.

different things in another culture (ex.

be ready and able to respond to any crisis
(ex. Domino’s).
7. Internships are very important in college
Take at least one, try for more, they will give
you better experience than a classroom can.
8. There is NO typical day or week in the PR
world.
9. Have well written resume and cover letter.
Show them your accomplishments, not your
duties.
10. Most gifts are unethical in the PR world and
seen as bribes.
11. Feel Confident and you will look
Confident, no body wants someone working
for them that looks like they don’t know what
they are doing.
