o Menus for departments or areas of the business
o Numbers in parenthesis tie into query authorizations – LBSi way of securing
sensitive data
o Important to save queries under the correct menu structure in order to
maintain adequate security.

o SAP Business One data is stored in a SQL database
o Tables
o Always 4 characters long. User defined tables always begin with @ sign
o One or more tables per master file or document
o Fields
o Individual fields within the tables User defined fields always begin with U_
o How to determine table and fields

o Determine who should have access to write queries

o Allows for multiple selection of fields at one time
