This music video is a typical
rock genre; we know this
because the camera is
focusing on the vocalist with
the band in the background.
Also the vocalist uses his
hands to show emotional

The location they are in a dull,
abandoned building, and the
lights are low to give it the
effect of people mucky and
old. This also has a connection
towards the lyrics.

This shot is showing the point

video. It’s quite different from
the last shot being in an old,
dull building to being outside
in the light looking up at the
sky. This makes you wonder
what’s going to happen next

so the audience gets to see what’s happening from different angles.
Analyse
This shot is very similar to the
first one, in a musky, dull
building. In this shot the
camera goes around the band,
so the audience feels as if they
were there at the time.
