 Probably the most know Ketogenic Diet is the
Atkins Diet
 Breakfast: 2 egg Ham and Cheese Omelet
( approx. 340cal, 9g Fat, 4g Carbs, 26g protein)
 Lunch: 2 hamburger patties with cheese and
bacon (approx. 920 cal, 74g Fat, 4g Carbs, 56g
protein)
 Dinner: 6oz sirloin steak with brussels sprouts.
(344cal, 10g Fat, 8g Carbs, 53g Protein)
 TOTAL for a day 1604cal, 95g Fat, 86g Carbs
and 135g Protein.
