CSU offers MBA programs for individuals at all stages
of their careers. Designed specifically for recent
undergraduate degree recipients, the Early Career
MBA provides valuable business education before
students ever enter the workforce. Unlike with many
other MBA programs, students in the Early Career
MBA program do not need any work experience.
3. The program offers extensive coursework in the fundamental
concepts of business, ranging from communications and
cultural changes in the business environment to leadership
and business processes. Because participants typically have
little experience in a professional setting, the program also
includes a hands-on internship or practicum, where students
can apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
Upon completing Early Career MBA coursework, students can
use the Career Management Center to augment their job
search.
