responsible for about 85% of Angola’s
GDP(Gross Domestic Product). Although the
people have years of education, the literacy
rate fairly low of 67.4% for male and 54.2%
female. After a civil war that destructed many
things, the infant mortality became 260 infants
per 1,000 live births. The life expectancy of
Angola is 38.76 years. The flag of Angola was
last adopted in November 11, 1975. Angola
loves sports like soccer, and celebrates holidays
like Christmas and Easter.
4. After 27 years of civil war in Angola, they
are still recovering when it ended at 2002.
When they declared independence in 1975,
the war began against the Portuguese
colony, that ruled over Angola. After the
war, many people are recovering, and infant
mortality and life expectancy became one of
the worst of the world. UNITA’S historic
leader, Jonas Savimbi, in February 2002 died,
and soon the war ended with a peace accord
on April 4.

to make house for the people that have none.

6. The best solution to solve the problem is to
Donate money and many other things like

the poverty line to let them live healthy and
well.
