are able to effectively conduct the programs and initiatives as
stated in our strategic plan.
We will do this by ensuring that we have the right staff, the
right location, the right partners and the right policies and
procedures in place to ensure that we are positioned to meet
our client needs and are able to deliver on our commitments.

identify our target customer and be
actively involved in the community to
ensure that we are meeting their current
needs. We will provide clear examples
of how we are affecting the community
on a quarterly basis. Our objectives will
be posted on our web site and the report
will be accompanied by “live” video
testimonials of people that have been
impacted by our programs whenever
possible.

diversity of tools to effectively communicate
with our members, partners and clients about
the status of our organizations progress in
meeting our target objectives. We understand
that people learn differently and retain
information in many ways; therefore, we will
use current multi-media tools to effectively
communicate to our team members, clients
and partners. Some examples include: Onsite
meetings, teleconference calls, webinars,
webcasts, podcast, social networking website
tools and e-mail applications.
