Two goals from now on. Spend some time inciting change in the newsroom and spend more time with our audience and watching them
Find and incentivize the people who are ready for change. Get priorities.
Second, I need to watch people.
And look at every single action. A comment is a vote on that kind of story. An answer is insight into the audience. It’s not just a number.
