 A set of best practices for publishing and connecting
 structured data on the Web.


Principle of Linked data
 Use URIs as names for things.
 Use HTTP URIs so that people can look up those
 names.
 When someone looks up a URI, provide useful
 information, using the standard formats.
 Include links to other URIs for discovering more
 things.

 Performs "geo-tagging" to "resource-tagging" and
 allows users to contribute to Geospatial Semantic
