  1. A gap exists between what you want and what you have….government budgets…..personal budgets…. For individuals, this may mean a period in a resume that is not listed because he or she was not working. Employers may wonder: “Is this person a ‘slacker’?” If money is not a problem, the gap can be covered by volunteer activities, education, service learning, etc. If money is a problem, you need Stop Gap Employment.
