El documento describe la arquitectura WeBIOCLOUD, una plataforma en la nube para la virtualización del conocimiento, la inteligencia y la sabiduría en el ámbito del turismo. La plataforma es desarrollada por el consorcio WeTheTourist como parte de proyectos de investigación colaborativa. La arquitectura propuesta busca convertir el conocimiento en inteligencia y posteriormente en sabiduría a través de sistemas en la nube.

The Bioinspired Collaborative Intelligence Research for the Cloud
La ontología (del griego οντος, genitivo del participio del verbo εἰμί, ser, estar; y
λóγος, ciencia, estudio, teoría) es una rama de la metafísica que estudia lo que hay.
El término ontología en informática hace referencia a la formulación de un exhaustivo y
riguroso esquema conceptual dentro de uno o varios dominios dados; con la finalidad de
facilitar la comunicación y el intercambio de información entre diferentes sistemas y
entidades. Aunque toma su nombre por analogía, ésta es la diferencia con el punto de
vista filosófico de la palabra ontología.
Un uso común tecnológico actual del concepto de ontología, en este sentido semántico, lo
encontramos en la inteligencia artificial y la representación del conocimiento. En algunas
aplicaciones, se combinan varios esquemas en una estructura de facto completa de datos,
que contiene todas las entidades relevantes y sus relaciones dentro del dominio.
Los programas informáticos pueden utilizar así este punto de vista de la ontología para una
variedad de propósitos, incluyendo el razonamiento inductivo, la clasificación, y una
variedad de técnicas de resolución de problemas.

El contexto (del latín contextus) es un entorno físico o de situación a partir del cual se considera un
hecho. El entorno del contexto puede ser material (algo que se presenció en el momento de ocurrir el
hecho), simbólico (por ejemplo: el entorno cultural, histórico u otro) o dicho en otras palabras, es el
conjunto de circunstancias en el que se produce el mensaje.
El contexto está constituido por un conjunto de circunstancias (como el lugar y el tiempo) que ayudan a la
comprensión de un mensaje, por ejemplo: un periódico titula "Roger jugó ". Esto no aporta la
información necesaria para que el lector decodifique el mensaje. En cambio, el titular "Roger Federer
jugó ayer en el Master 1000 de Madrid" sí puede ser interpretado que incluye información sobre el
contexto.
El contexto lingüístico se entiende a los factores vinculados a la producción de un enunciado que afectan
la interpretación, la adecuación y el significado del mensaje. Esto quiere decir que un mensaje
depende tanto de la gramática, la sintaxis y el léxico como del contexto, porque si no, no tendría
sentido.
En comunicaciones y lingüística, contexto es el significado de un mensaje (como una oración), su relación
a otras partes del mensaje (como un libro), el ambiente en el cual la comunicación ocurrió, y
cualquier percepción que pueda ser asociada con la comunicación. El contexto es la agrupación de
circunstancias específicas de lugar y tiempo, principalmente, en qué se está produciendo el acto de la
comunicación.

Tipos de entornos:
• Monocontexto o contextos movovaluados.
• Multicontexto o contextos multivaluados.
Nuestro modelo parte de una simplificación necesaria: trabajar primero sólo en un contexto,
en nuestro caso, el contexto audiovisual.
La taxonomía (del griego ταξις, taxis, "ordenamiento", y νομος, nomos, "norma"
o "regla") es, en su sentido más general, la ciencia de la clasificación.
La representación del conocimiento y el razonamiento es un área de la inteligencia artificial
cuyo objetivo fundamental es representar el conocimiento de una manera que facilite la
inferencia (sacar conclusiones) a partir de dicho conocimiento. Analiza cómo pensar
formalmente - cómo usar un sistema de símbolos para representar un dominio del
discurso (aquello de lo que se puede hablar), junto con funciones que permitan inferir
(realizar un razonamiento formal) sobre los objetos. Generalmente, se usa algún tipo de
lógica para proveer una semántica formal de como las funciones de razonamiento se
aplican a los símbolos del dominio del discurso, además de proveer operadores como
cuantificadores, operadores modales, etc. Esto, junto a una teoría de interpretación, dan
significado a las frases en la lógica.

Cuando diseñamos una representación del conocimiento (y un sistema de representación del
conocimiento para interpretar frases en la lógica para poder derivar inferencias de ellas)
tenemos que hacer elecciones a lo largo de un número de ámbitos de diseño. La decisión
más importante que hay que tomar es la expresividad de la representación del
conocimiento. Cuanto más expresiva es, decir algo es más fácil y más compacto. Sin
embargo, cuanto más expresivo es un lenguaje, más difícil es derivar inferencias
automáticamente de él. Un ejemplo de una representación del conocimiento poco
expresiva es la lógica proposicional. Un ejemplo de una representación del conocimiento
muy expresiva es la lógica autoepistémica. Las representaciones del conocimiento poco
expresivas pueden ser tanto completas como consistentes (formalmente menos
expresivas que la teoría de conjuntos). Las representaciones del conocimiento más
expresivas pueden ser ni completas ni consistentes.
El principal problema es encontrar una representación del conocimiento y un sistema de
razonamiento que la soporte que pueda hacer las inferencias que necesite tu aplicación
dentro de los límites de recursos del problema a tratar. Los desarrollos recientes en la
representación del conocimiento han sido liderados por la web semántica, y han
incorporado el desarrollo de lenguajes y estándares de representación del conocimiento
basados en XML, que incluyen Resource Description Framework (RDF), RDF Schema,
DARPA Agent Markup Language (DAML), y Web Ontology Language (OWL).

Software como Servicio (del inglés: Software as a
Service, SaaS) es un modelo de distribución de
software donde el soporte lógico y los datos que
maneja se alojan en servidores de una compañía
de tecnologías de información y comunicación
(TIC), a los que se accede con un navegador web
desde un cliente, a través de Internet. La
empresa proveedora TIC se ocupa del servicio de
mantenimiento, de la operación diaria y del
soporte del software usado por el cliente.
Regularmente el software puede ser consultado
en cualquier computador, se encuentre presente
en la empresa o no. Se deduce que la
información, el procesamiento, los insumos, y
los resultados de la lógica de negocio del
software, están hospedados en la compañía de
TIC.

Pero del propio modelo y de la arquitectura desarrollada deducimos que podría
perfectamente ampliarse a multicontexto según la siguiente clasificación,

Es fácil entender que podemos aplicar contextos como las “emociones” de la APP de
BILOOP, de forma que el motor de recomendación pueda seleccionar un contenido
audiovisual, conforme unas reglas, en un estado emocional. O también, recomendarte
ver una película en casa o en el cine según tus gustos al sumar el dominio audiovisual
al dominio metereológico, dado que a algunos puede gustarle ir al cine en días
lluviosos y otros decidir quedarse en casa viendo la televisión en el sofá.

54. En este sentido, se crea un nuevo paradigma: un sistema de aplicaciones cooperativas
por el cual todas las aplicaciones soportadas sobre una plataforma inteligente
cooperan y comparten conocimiento de usuarios para obtener un mayor valor de
cada una de ellas en las diferentes modalidades de servicio. El sistema funciona
centralizando en la base del conocimiento todas las decisiones que toma un usuario
en todos los entornos (web, social y aplicaciones móviles) en los que está dado de alta.
Una vez hecho esto, el motor de inferencia recibe los datos y metadatos y los procesa
de forma conjunta, de tal modo que las recomendaciones son más precisas en tanto
en cuanto un usuario está registrado en más dominios, y más información se posee de
sus preferencias.
Poder facilitar una arquitectura y un modelo bajo contextos multivaluados sería un paso
muy importante para el modelo por que multiplicaría, y eso hay que demostrarlo
teórica y empíricamente, el potencial de desarrollar nuevas MKAPPs (Mobile
Knowledge Applications) desarrolladas bajo este paradigma de inteligencia colectiva,
creando “tiendas del conocimiento compartido” francamente potentes.
