My skills are an ideal match for this position.<br />Your Requirements:<br />Assist staff in the design, execution and evaluation of community based research and evaluation projects, including literature reviews, surveys, focus groups, data integration and analysis<br />Assist with the development of data collection materials, site-visit protocols and procedural manuals as needed<br />Manage data collection projects by meeting paper and electronic mailing deadlines, entering data, transcribing tapes and handwritten notes;<br />Work closely with community-based organizations to monitor data collection and reporting<br />Administer individual or group interviews, conduct observations and collect data from archival records<br />Assist in the production of written, tabular and visual materials for research reports and presentations of system level monitoring and evaluation findings to multiple stakeholder audiences<br />Assist with agency wide activities as directed, including Annual Meeting, AIDS Run & Walk, World of Chocolate and others;<br />Assist with other AFC activities as requested;<br />Perform other duties as assigned.<br />My Qualifications:<br />Qualitative and Quantitative research experience due to Research Internships and Bachelor Coursework. Including literature review, data collection, data entering, surveys, focus groups, transcriptions and presenting data findings. <br />Experience Coordinating Community Based Non-Profit project aimed to prevent HIV/AIDS among MSM Latinos and Transgender youth. <br />Certifications and Trainings relating to HIV and AIDS issues. <br />High energy, focused and with solid work ethics and strong attention to details. <br />Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br />Ability to manage scientific journals and technical specifications. <br />High knowledge in use for software and online resources for productivity purposes. <br />I appreciate your taking the time to review my credentials and experience.
