 Support and coordinate dealer about customer complaint, check part status, warranty claim, audit, and
aftersales service programs.
 Advise and consult dealer of aftersales service programs such as Mazda Dealer Operation standard
(MDOS), Service Manager Trip, DCRC Challenge Program, Aftersales Service Incentive Program, Master
Dealer Program, Mazda Guild, Customer Satisfaction-MSI survey, Mobile Service Truck, Technician
/DCRC/ SA Skills Contest.
 Coordinate all parties with concerned customer satisfaction such part / technique/ training/ customer
satisfaction/ sales/ sales planning/ marketing department.
 Quality Service Implementation, Accreditation & Sustainment (2 times/years).
 Arrange and hold the seminar for service manager, service advisor, DCRC, Parts, Foreman. (Have no the

Parts Related
 Support all new model launch activity such as initial parts stock, service tools, diagnostics and accessories.
 Promote parts sales to parts stockiest.

 Ensure dealerships are holding adequate inventory to support their (CMA) Cluster Market Area.

Service Related

individual and nationwide.
1.1.2. QS Implement/ Accredited at Mazda Dusit Autosales (Krabi) and Mazda Mitr Tae Automobile
(Suratthani) and CG Automobile.
1.1.3.No.1 Performance Review in FY2012 from Total 11 zones (Lower South) such as
PAO Achievement, CSI Score, Dealer Capacity, staff Turn-over, 5S, Dealer Facility etc.
1.2. Sales
1.2.1. Create new weekly report such as KPI, Local Marketing, Booking Management, Sales Forecast, etc.
(Dealer Nationwide Report)
2. Nissan - Fleet sales volume of Nissan Government Welfare Program achieved 300% compare with FY10
target. (Actual sales = 1,200 units, Target = 400 units)
3. Nissan - Fleet sales volume of Nissan in North and North East achieved 140% compare with FY10 target.
(Actual sales = 1,400 units, Target = 1,000 units)
4. Chevrolet - Roll out DMS application to Chevrolet dealers in both of new and existing dealers.
5. TEAM - Develop E-Auction application and register into e-market place of Comptroller’s general
department. This is the one of project feasibility study in TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management.
6. Seangchai - Construction Project achievements as belows:
