2. INTRODUCTION
This presentation will highlight Bloom’s Taxonomy and the
integration of technology.

Creating
Evaluating
Analyzing
Applying
Understanding
Remembering

3. BLOOMS TAXONOMY
Students will recall information to understand, process, and apply
the newly learned information into a real- world scenario.
5. BLOOMS TAXONOMY &
TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
Creating- iMovie for turning videos to film to share.
Evaluating- YouTube for lectures, videos, and course
improvements.
Analyzing- Google Analytics compile, analyze, and report data.
Applying- Gliffy creates flowcharts, diagrams, and charts, etc.
Understanding- SlideShare used to post presentations.
Creating-Flickr can be used to share photos, presentations, and
videos.

7. BLOOM TAXONOMY & GRAPHICS
Provides a visual component to the learner.
Pie charts represents the learner progress through the cognitive levels of
Bloom’s Taxonomy.
8. BLOOM’S REVISED TAXONOMY &
GRAPHICS
Site that supports Bloom’s Taxonomy and its use of graphics are Google
analytics, Google Correlate, Docs and Zoho Creator.
9. BLOOM TAXONOMY &TEXT
INTEGRATION
Daily, a large amount of information enters into the lives of
learners through the Internet. It comes in the form of yahoo,
Google searches, links on a Facebook, twitter, a video on
YouTube, a text message, email or even a virtual classroom
assignment. In this age of evolving technology learners are in
need of understanding context and analyzing information.
10. TAXONOMY & TECHNOLOGY
INTEGRATION SUMMARY
Key components of the human learning is creating, evaluating,
analyzing, applying, understanding, and remembering.
Everyday we use this process when we make decisions, manage
personal obligations, interests, careers, etc.
This theory can be seen at work in the classroom whether
physical or virtual.
Development and integration of web 2.0 technologies provides a
real-life example of blooms taxonomy.
The design and application of the tools follows the taxonomy six
cognitive thinking process to achieve the desired outcome.
