How to find the size of each slide and Optimize the presentation size

1. What is the size of
each slide in my
presentation ?

2. Here is the Navigation
File >> Save & Send >> Publish Slides >> Publish Slides

3. Select All >> Browse-give path (where to save ) >> Publish

4. Now ,you know the first slide is the heaviest
You need to compress the Image in the slide

5. Compress Image Method 1: Right click the image and
save as JPG Image & re-insert the image in to Pres.

6. Compress the Image Method 2: Select the Image.
Go to Format and Compress the image to Print (Good) , Screen
(Fair) or e-mail ( Low ) resolution image
