palace relates to things
today, because people still look
down on some classes of
society.
3. London – Tower of London
The Tower of London was
built in 1066-1067. It was
built for protection, but it
was also used to control
the city. There were many
historical figures who
stayed or were imprisoned
there. For
example, Thomas
Cromwell, Anne
Boleyn, Guy Fawkes, and
Rudolf Hess, a Nazi.
4. Florida - Central Florida WWII
Museum
The Central Florida World War 2
Museum is planned to be the
next great tribute to those who
fought in World War 2. The
Museum will be constructed as a
reminder of the effort from all the
soldiers and people in WWII. The
Museum will have interactive
exhibits that will bring guests
back in time to experience the
greatest conflict in history.

ones are still being found. There are
also some very famous ruins in the
city. For example, the
Coliseum, Roman Forum, and the
Pantheon. The historical significance
of the Roman Ruins is that it held
many historical activities, including
the Roman’s gladiatorial games. The
Roman Ruins would be a great place
to visit because each part of the
ruins, or each structure, holds a
different story in history.

builders. Basically, two theaters
were formed together to create an
arena. The Coliseum is make of
concrete and bricks and is covered
in the Roman’s signature arches.

what the military did in battle, and about
the wars. It has on display the things that
happened through history involving the
German Military. This would be an
interesting place to visit because I would
learn more about the German Military, as
well as learn more about the war and what
happened during the time of war.
9. Berlin, Germany - Berlin's Hitler
Museum
Berlin’s Hitler Museum is a
museum that is all about Hitler,
his actions, how people were
effected, and what happened
other places because of Hitler.
This museum is a great place for
people who didn’t know much
about Hitler to learn all about
him. Hitler’s actions also affected
other countries or other places,
so the museum isn’t only for

10. Hawaii – Pearl Harbor
Pearl Harbor is a very important
piece of history. It’s the reason that
the United States joined the war.
When Pearl Harbor was bombed, the
U.S. was forced to join the war, which
we learned about in class. I think this
would be a very interesting place to
visit because it’s very historical, and it
would be great to learn more about
what happened.
11. Hawaii – Maui
The beach is a very well known part of
Hawaii. Maui has bright blue sunny
skies, soft sand, and lots of activities. I
would love to visit Maui, Hawaii because
of all the fun activities and great
beaches. Hawaii is a great last place to
visit on my dream trip because I can
relax on the beach.
