56. FOCUS PILLARS: Anirudh Baheti, CEO & Managing Director , is an NRI who comes from a successful business family. He has strong experience in financial markets, healthcare business process outsourcing, healthcare staffing, software development, and exports and imports. Anirudh graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and attended the United World College of SE Asia in Singapore. Anirudh works in the Mumbai, India, and Boston, Massachusetts, offices. Chris Blue, Executive Vice President, supervises the performance of all The Focus Group ’ s U.S. companies and selling efforts completed in the company ’ s American offices. Chris was instrumental in building a previous Focus Group company called Focus Infomatics, which was sold to a public corporation, Nuance Communications, in 2007. In 2006, the company was the recipient of “ The Best in KLAS Award, ” as the industry ’ s best medical transcription company. Chris led all selling efforts and supervised U.S. operations during Focus Infomatics ’ s eight-year run. Chris holds a BA and an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Chris works in the Boston, Massachusetts, office. Prakash Mohta, who sits on the board of Focus Shares & Securities Pvt. Ltd., is a graduate from Calcutta University. He has a strong commercial background, and 25 years of experience, both of which are of great value to the company. Prakash works in the Mumbai, India office.

Vinod is a chartered accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM-C). Vinod works in the Bangalore, India, office. Richard Andrew: Richard Andrew is Director and VP at the Focus Group. He graduated with a BBM (Banking) from the University of Madras, India, and has an MBA in International Business from the University of Wales, U.K., and a Master ’ s certificate in CRM.
