   Polyscope is the world’s leading producer and supplier of styrene
    maleic anhydride co-polymers.
   Polyscope offers the broadest styrene maleic co-polymer product
    portfolio for Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymer applications
    under it’s trade name XIRAN ®.
   XIRAN ® is commercially available in varying maleic anhydride
    content in broad molecular weight range.
   Polyscope was founded in 2006 and headquartered in Geleen, the
    Netherlands. Currently employing 40 fte’s and growing and is
    supported by marketing & sales organisations in the USA, Europe
    and Asia-Pacific.
   Polyscope operates a polymerization production plant in Geleen. The
    XIRAN ® based compounds are produced on in the US and in the
    Netherlands with dedicated production lines.
   Polyscope serves a wide range of industries globally whereby the
    functions XIRAN ® differs per application.

Cationic XIRAN is of importance in the paper industry.
It can be used as co-softener in laundry. It has anti-
bacterial effect and therefore has a fit as binder in

Dimethylaminepropylamine is a clear and colorless liquid, with a typical
amine smell, fully miscible with water, heptane and benzene and has a
boiling point of 135°C.
