7. Clemens National Honor Society The Clemens National Honor Society will meet Thursday, Sep 15th after school in Room D-103 (Mr. Chavez’s Classroom) 1st meeting, Be There and Participate

8. HOSA meetings will be held in Q122 from 4:05-4:30 Tuesday and Thursday, you can come to either one, both are not required. This organization will provide you with information pertaining to the medical field, this will be our first meeting, so if you’re curious, come check us out!

9. Interested in Wrestling? Sure you are!! The wrestling club is open to anyone interested and practices start soon! Parent meeting is set for 6 p.m. Monday, September 19th in the Steele High School Dining Center. Email Coach Tom Lovett at Steele High School if you want more information or just show up to the meeting next Monday.

10. Duke University, Georgetown University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, and Stanford University will present "Exploring College Options" in San Antonio on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7:30 pm. at the San Antonio Marriott Northwest.

11. "The Freshmen Buffaloes football teams play against Brennan here at home on Saturday, Sept. 17th. "A" team kicks off at 9:30 a.m. and "B" team kicks off at 11:00 a.m. JV travels to Brennan on Saturday with kick off at 10 a.m. Come out and show your support!" GO BUFFS!

33. Bastrop Donations Samuel Clemens High School is collecting items to assist those affected by the Bastrop area wildfires. What they need: - Walmartgift cards - school supplies - monetary donations We will be collecting until next Thursday Sept 15th Donated items can be brought to the main office, Mr. Kirchhof’s room (S108) or Mrs. Dove’s Room (E204)
