2. What’s New?
In addition to showcasing hundreds of professional positions, internships and
employer/career events, our upgraded site offers the below new features:
Resource Library:
Access to helpful handouts, online
workshops & other resources directly
through BCC!
Facebook/LinkedIn Integration:
Both Facebook and LinkedIn are integrated
into BCC! When you review positions of
interest, you can see if you have any
Facebook or LinkedIn connections at the
organization!
Enhanced Job Search Capabilities:
In addition to accessing positions posted
through the Amica Center, you also have
access to positions posted to Internships.com
and Indeed.com, directly through BCC!
Report a Hire Function:
If you accept a job or internship offer, we
want to know! Share your success easily and
quickly by using the ‘Report a Hire’ tool!
3. Internship Program
Program Overview:
The Internship Program consists of opportunities for short-term projects during the fall, spring
and summer for undergraduate and graduate students.
Over 600 employers post on BCC and offer on-campus and off- campus interviews during
the fall and spring semesters.
Eligibility:
All students meeting the employer qualifications may apply.
Only undergraduate students eligible to earn academic credit may elect to pursue credit.
Criteria for academic credit is located on the Career Center’s website or by discussing with a
Academic Advisor in the Undergraduate Programs Office.
Mandatory Internship Program Orientation:
In order to participate in campus recruiting and apply for positions in BCC, you must attend a
mandatory Internship Program Orientation. Multiple sessions are offered at the start of each
semester. Please review the Career Events calendar on our website or in BCC for session details.
4. Recruiting Program for Seniors &
Graduate Students
Program Overview:
The Recruiting Program consists of on-campus interviews, off-campus interviews/job
postings for full-time professional positions and two annual career fairs.
Over 400 employers participate in the Recruiting Program, including more than 150
employers who conduct on-campus interviews during the fall and spring semesters.
Mandatory Recruiting Program Orientation:
In order to participate in campus recruiting and apply for positions in BCC, you must
attend a mandatory Recruiting Program Orientation. Multiple sessions are offered at the
start of each semester. Please review the Career Events calendar on our website or in BCC
for session details.
Eligibility:
In order to participate in the Recruiting Program, you must be enrolled
as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.

6. How do I login?
IMPORTANT: Even if you have used BCC before, all students must log in
using the below instructions as your username and password has changed
Visit the Amica Center website (http://career.bryant.edu/) and click on
‘BCC Student Login’ in the top right corner
7. Click on ‘Retrieve my password’
Enter your username, which is
your 9-digit student ID (i.e.
000123456)
Check your Bryant email for a
random, system generated
password. Once received, enter
your new password* and username
into the login fields
* Please note: it is recommended that you create a new, secure password once you log in. This change can be made in your student profile.
8. How do I review / update my profile?
Scroll over to ‘My Account,’ then click
on ‘My Profile’
Click ‘Edit Profile’
Review all sections, make any
necessary edits and click ‘Save’
9. How do I upload my resume?
Scroll over to ‘My Account,’ then
click on ‘My Documents’
Click ‘Add’ next to the Resume
category
Name your document, then click
on ‘Browse’ to select the
appropriate file. Click ‘Save’
Please note: you have the ability to upload multiple resumes as well as other types of application documents (i.e. cover letters, unofficial transcripts, etc.).
EMPLOYERS CAN ONLY VIEW YOUR DOCUMENT(S) IF YOU APPLY TO THEIR INTERNSHIP/JOB POSTING.
10. How do I search for positions?
Click on ‘Job and Internship Search,’
then ‘Job Search’
All open positions will populate.
To refine your search, click on
‘Advanced Search’
Type in or select the desired
criteria, then click ‘Search’
11. How do I search for events?
Click on ‘Career Events’
All upcoming events will
populate. You can refine your
search by specific criteria by
clicking on ‘Advanced Search’
