Prodding, poking and persuading the Scottish Government to be more creative. Failing a bit along the way.
Current obsessions include: design in policy making and service development; online learning; games for learning; corporate culture; creative facilitation.
Previous (athough they never completely go away) obsessions include: trying to help government 'get' social media (not very successfully); organising unconferences (three Scotgovcamps to my name); networks and communities of practice (inlcuding helping to develop and run the Scottish Public Sector Digital Group (#spsdg)); library websites and information literacy/information skills development; librarians doing digital engagement.
