YO EXPLICO, PERO ELLOS… ¿APRENDEN?

1º      La materia que explico es muy interesante y ella sola puede atraer la atención de los alumnos.      ¿Interesan  a los alumnos las materias escolares? 2º   Los alumnos son capaces de retener e integrar una corriente afirmativa durante 50 minutos.     ¿El trabajo del alumno se limita a guardar información? 3º   Los alumnos aprenden con sólo escuchar.    ¿Basta con escuchar para aprender y hablar para enseñar? 4º   Los alumnos son oyentes experimentados y hábiles en tomar apuntes. ¿Toda persona que sabe escribir es capaz de tomar apuntes?
5º    Los alumnos tienen los conocimientos previos y el vocabulario suficiente para seguir sin dificultad las exposiciones. ¿Disponen siempre los alumnos de las informaciones necesarias para poder comprender?   6º   Los alumnos son capaces de dirigir su proceso de comprensión.    ¿Tienen los alumnos verdadera necesidad de los profesores? 7º   Los alumnos están demasiado seguros de sí mismo como para advertirles cuándo no están  entendiendo algo.    ¿Es suficiente facilitar a los alumnos que se expresen para que lo hagan?
8º   Los alumnos pueden llevar a la práctica lo que han entendido.      ¿Basta con oír hablar de natación para que uno se arroje al mar… y no se ahogue?
La materia que explico es muy interesante y  ella sola puede atraer la atención de los alumnos. Muchos profesores se identifican aún como tales por la materia que enseñan. Su interés se fija más en su materia que en el modo de enseñarla:  ellos piensan que su entusiasmo y el dominio que tienen de su disciplina  son suficientes para garantizar la eficacia en la enseñanza. Es el caso del profesor que se niega a adoptar nuevas prácticas pedagógicas  con el pretexto de que su asignatura es demasiado extensa para cambiar la forma de enseñar. El interés por la asignatura que uno enseña nada tiene de malo.  Todo lo contrario, es fundamental. Pero hay que situarlo dentro  de la perspectiva de la enseñanza.  Entonces, el captar la atención de los alumnos se convierte en un objetivo por alcanzar.  Y no se consigue por el solo contenido, sino por la estrategia educativa que constituye el método de enseñanza del profesor. PRIMER POSTULADO
Para conseguir despertar y mantener el interés de un alumno, hay que tener en cuenta muchos elementos a la hora de elaborar el propio método de enseñanza.  Entre ellos tenemos: 1 2 3 11 2 3
La utilidad del contenido del curso para los alumnos, teniendo en cuenta sus conocimientos.
Las técnicas para suscitar la curiosidad y motivar con ellas a los alumnos a aprender.  
El modo de enseñar (es decir, ¿es éste suficientemente variado como para mantener la atención de los alumnos a los que se dirige el curso?)
Dos matemáticos se encuentran en la calle y platicando uno le pregunta al otro “¿qué edades tienen tus hijas?”, obteniendo la respuesta: “el producto de las tres edades es 36 y la suma es el número de la casa de enfrente”. Después de observar el citado número el amigo indica “me falta un dato”, a lo cual responde el primer matemático:   “es cierto, la mayor tiene ojos azules”.
La entrega al estudio de una asignatura, no surge necesariamente del contenido mismo.   Con todo, circula aún entre los profesores la idea de que unas asignaturas interesan a los alumnos mientras que otras los desaniman.  Esta opinión se asocia a otra también  perjudicial: hay una forma de enseñar para cada materia.  Por eso, si los alumnos aborrecen las matemáticas o la historia no hay nada que hacer, ¡porque estas asignaturas no pueden enseñarse de otra forma! Considerando esto, los profesores de una misma materia, tienen diferentes formas de explicar que fomentan en los alumnos una mayor o menor entrega al estudio. Por lo tanto, cada uno de nosotros debemos buscar la manera adecuada para motivar a los estudiantes.
SEGUNDO  POSTULADO Los alumnos son capaces de retener  e  integrar una corriente informativa durante más de  50  minutos.
El proceso que utilizan los profesores de este estilo es el siguiente:
"Es necesario aprender a navegar  en un océano de incertidumbres a  través de archipiélagos de certeza". Edgar Morín   Para que aprender signifique construir el propio conocimiento, es necesario pensar. Aprender es pensar, es trabajar mentalmente con la ayuda de la información. El aprendizaje escolar es pensar juntos de una forma nueva con el fin de descubrir nuevas significaciones, de orientar nuestra actividad más satisfactoriamente...
Debemos relacionar la información, organizarla, estructurarla, ponerla en relación con otros conocimientos... Y estas complejas operaciones no son automáticas. Hay que suscitarlas y orientarlas. La función de la enseñanza es también conducir el conjunto del proceso de aprendizaje.
 
 
No solo se aprende escuchando  hay que tomar en cuenta los estilos de aprendizaje El aprendizaje puede completarse con soportes visuales, con la lectura personal de textos, con ejercicios controlados o libres con el intercambio, la discusión, la ambientación, etc.

“ Dar clase“ es aplicar un método de enseñanza que ayude eficazmente a que los alumnos se pongan a aprender con interés lo que se desea que ellos consigan. Evidentemente, este método habrá tenido que ser ideado y planificado por los que enseñan.  La evaluación, como es natural, detectará su grado de eficacia. Interesan a los adolescentes las materias escolares

  • 2. YO EXPLICO, PERO ELLOS… ¿APRENDEN?

  • 4. 1º     La materia que explico es muy interesante y ella sola puede atraer la atención de los alumnos.    ¿Interesan  a los alumnos las materias escolares? 2º   Los alumnos son capaces de retener e integrar una corriente afirmativa durante 50 minutos.     ¿El trabajo del alumno se limita a guardar información? 3º   Los alumnos aprenden con sólo escuchar.   ¿Basta con escuchar para aprender y hablar para enseñar? 4º   Los alumnos son oyentes experimentados y hábiles en tomar apuntes. ¿Toda persona que sabe escribir es capaz de tomar apuntes?
  • 5. 5º   Los alumnos tienen los conocimientos previos y el vocabulario suficiente para seguir sin dificultad las exposiciones. ¿Disponen siempre los alumnos de las informaciones necesarias para poder comprender?   6º   Los alumnos son capaces de dirigir su proceso de comprensión.   ¿Tienen los alumnos verdadera necesidad de los profesores? 7º   Los alumnos están demasiado seguros de sí mismo como para advertirles cuándo no están entendiendo algo.   ¿Es suficiente facilitar a los alumnos que se expresen para que lo hagan?
  • 6. 8º   Los alumnos pueden llevar a la práctica lo que han entendido.   ¿Basta con oír hablar de natación para que uno se arroje al mar… y no se ahogue?
  • 7. La materia que explico es muy interesante y ella sola puede atraer la atención de los alumnos. Muchos profesores se identifican aún como tales por la materia que enseñan. Su interés se fija más en su materia que en el modo de enseñarla: ellos piensan que su entusiasmo y el dominio que tienen de su disciplina son suficientes para garantizar la eficacia en la enseñanza. Es el caso del profesor que se niega a adoptar nuevas prácticas pedagógicas con el pretexto de que su asignatura es demasiado extensa para cambiar la forma de enseñar. El interés por la asignatura que uno enseña nada tiene de malo. Todo lo contrario, es fundamental. Pero hay que situarlo dentro de la perspectiva de la enseñanza. Entonces, el captar la atención de los alumnos se convierte en un objetivo por alcanzar. Y no se consigue por el solo contenido, sino por la estrategia educativa que constituye el método de enseñanza del profesor. PRIMER POSTULADO
  • 8. Para conseguir despertar y mantener el interés de un alumno, hay que tener en cuenta muchos elementos a la hora de elaborar el propio método de enseñanza. Entre ellos tenemos: 1 2 3 11 2 3
  • 9. La utilidad del contenido del curso para los alumnos, teniendo en cuenta sus conocimientos.
  • 10. Las técnicas para suscitar la curiosidad y motivar con ellas a los alumnos a aprender.  
  • 11. El modo de enseñar (es decir, ¿es éste suficientemente variado como para mantener la atención de los alumnos a los que se dirige el curso?)
  • 12. Dos matemáticos se encuentran en la calle y platicando uno le pregunta al otro “¿qué edades tienen tus hijas?”, obteniendo la respuesta: “el producto de las tres edades es 36 y la suma es el número de la casa de enfrente”. Después de observar el citado número el amigo indica “me falta un dato”, a lo cual responde el primer matemático:   “es cierto, la mayor tiene ojos azules”.
  • 13. La entrega al estudio de una asignatura, no surge necesariamente del contenido mismo. Con todo, circula aún entre los profesores la idea de que unas asignaturas interesan a los alumnos mientras que otras los desaniman. Esta opinión se asocia a otra también perjudicial: hay una forma de enseñar para cada materia. Por eso, si los alumnos aborrecen las matemáticas o la historia no hay nada que hacer, ¡porque estas asignaturas no pueden enseñarse de otra forma! Considerando esto, los profesores de una misma materia, tienen diferentes formas de explicar que fomentan en los alumnos una mayor o menor entrega al estudio. Por lo tanto, cada uno de nosotros debemos buscar la manera adecuada para motivar a los estudiantes.
  • 14. SEGUNDO POSTULADO Los alumnos son capaces de retener e integrar una corriente informativa durante más de 50 minutos.

  2. Custom animation effects: grow and shrink picture (Advanced) Tip : This slide includes three small pictures and one large version of the top small picture. The small pictures are 1.88” high and 2.5” wide. The large picture is 7.5” high and 10” wide (the dimensions of the slide). Before following the procedures below, size each of the three pictures you will insert into the slide to 7.5” high by 10” wide. You will also need to use drawing guides to position your pictures on the slide. To display and set the drawing guides, do the following: On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click Layout , and then click Blank . R ight-click the slide background area, and then click Grid and Guides . In the Grid and Guides dialog box, under Guide settings , select Display drawing guides on screen . Also in the Format Shape dialog box in the left pane, click Line Color, and then in the Line Color pane select No line . Position the isosceles triangle on the slide so that the sharp angle touches the point of the teardrop. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click Shapes , and under Lines click Curve (tenth option from the right). On the slide, draw a curve (for, example, one that has four points). Press ESC to end the curve. Select the curved line. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click the arrow next to Shape Outline , and then under Theme Colors , click White, Background 1, Darker 15% (third row, first option from the left). On the Home , in the Drawing group, click Shape Outline , point to Weight, and then click 1 pt . Position the curve on your slide so that one end is touching the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click Shapes , and under Basic Shapes , select Oval (second option from the left). On the slide, drag to draw an oval. Select the oval. Under Drawing Tools , on the Format tab, in the Size group do the following: In the Shape Height box, enter 1.2”. In the Shape Width box, enter 1.2” . Under Drawing Tools , on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow next to Shape Fill , point to Gradient , and then click More Gradients . In the Format Shape dialog box, in the left pane click Fill . In the Fill pane, select Gradient fill , and then do the following: In the Type list, select Radial . Click the button next to Direction , and then click From Center (third option from the left). Under Gradient stops , click Add or Remove until three stops appear in the drop-down list. Also under Gradient stops , customize the gradient stops as follows: Select Stop 1 from the list, and then do the following: In the Stop position box, enter 0% . Click the button next to Color , and then under Theme Colors click White, Background 1 (first row, first option from the left). Select Stop 2 from the list, and then do the following: In the Stop position box, enter 50% Click the button next to Color , and then under Theme Colors click White, Background 1 (first row, first option from the left). In the Transparency box, enter 81% . Select Stop 3 from the list, and then do the following: In the Stop position box, enter 71%. Click the button next to Color , and then under Theme Colors click White, Background 1 (first row, first option from the left). In the Transparency box, enter 100% . Also in the Format Shape dialog box, in the left pane, click Line Color , and then in the Line Color pane, click No line . Position the oval at the top left edge of the teardrop to create a lighting effect. Press and hold CTRL, and then select all four objects. On the Home tab, in the Drawing group, click Arrange , and then click Group. To reproduce the animation effects on this slide, do the following: On the slide, select the balloon and drag it off the bottom left corner of the slide. With the balloon still selected, on the Animations tab, in the Animations group, click Custom Animation. In the Custom Animation task pane, click Add Effect , point to Motion Paths, and then select Diagonal Up Right . On the slide, select the motion path and then drag the endpoint (red arrow) across the slide and off the top right corner. In the Custom Animation task pane, under Modify: Diagonal Up Right , in the Start list, select With Previous . Select the balloon. In the Custom Animation task pane, click Add Effect , point to Emphasis, click More Effects. In the Add Emphasis Effect dialog box, under Basic , select Grow/Shrink , and then click OK . In the Custom Animation task pane, under Modify: Grow/Shrink , in the Start list, select With Previous . In the Size list, in the Custom box, enter 2 %, and then press ENTER. In the Custom Animation task pane, press and hold SHIFT and select both animation effects (motion path and grow/shrink). Click the arrow next to one of the animation effects, and then click Timing . In the Effect Options dialog box, do the following: On the Timing tab, in the Speed box, enter 32 seconds . On the Effect tab, under Settings , clear the Smooth start check box. Click OK .   Do the following to reproduce the background effects on this slide, using the sky background picture from the example above: Right-click the sky background on the original template, and then click Save Background . Save the file as a JPEG (.jpg) file format. Right-click the slide that you are creating, and then click Format Background . In the Format Background dialog box, click Fill in the left pane, select Picture fill in the Fill pane, and then under Insert from click File . In the Insert Picture dialog box, select the saved sky picture (.jpg), and then click Insert .   Do the following to reproduce the background effects on this slide, using a different picture: Right-click the slide background area, and then click Format Background .
