2. SALAD OF PASTA
Ingredients:2 persons
- 150g(grams) of pasta.
- 50g(grams) of cheese.
- 50g(grams) of onion.
- carrot.
- 1 can of tuna of 8 o 9g (grams).
- 8 of olives with anchovy.
- 3 spoonful of sweetcorn.
- 1big salad tomato.
- oil for olive.
- vinegar.
- salad and oregano.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
1. Put heat up medium litre in a casserole.
2 .Peel a carrot and put in a dish.
3. Peel onion and take one piece of 50g(grams)
spades and put on a dish.
4. Take tomatoes and cut prep in small piece and put
in a dish.
5. Take the cheese, cut it in small pieces and put on a
plate.
6. Put a salt spoonful in the casserole.
7. Open the can of tuna and put in a dish with the oil.
8. Put the pasta good drain in a dish. Put ingredients
and mix.
9. Dress with vinegar with not much oregano and
mix..
3. SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT AND TOMATOE SAUCE
Ingredients (4 persons)
-spaghetti
-tomatoe sauce
- meat
-onion
-oil
-salt
-water
-bay leave
-Cooking Directions
1 Put the water with
spaghetti, salt, one drop of
oil and one bay leave.
2 When the spaghetti are
boiled.
3 Fry the pieces of onion in a
pan with oil.
4 Later add meat, fry and
then add tomato sauce.
5 Add the spaghetti and mix
with sauce.
6 And…. it’s finish!
4. PIZZA WITH HAM
Ingredients (4 persons)
Flour
Water
Yeast
Olive oil
Salt
Tomatoe
sauce
Cheese
Ham
Cooking directions:
Mix the flour with water, yeast, olive oil
and salt.
Put the tomatoe sauce on the pizza
mass.
Put the grated cheese on the pizza mass.
Cut the ham in small pieces, and put on
the cheese.
Put the pizza in the oven and cook it for
20 minutes.
Serve on a plate.
5. Omelette with potatoes.

INGREDIENTS (4 persons)
- 7 Eggs.
-6 potatoes.
-Olive oil.
-1 Onion.
-Salt.
-Cooking directions.

-Beat eggs in a bowl.
-Peel potatoes and cut then into pieces.
-Put the olive oil in a pan.
-Put the pieces of potatoes in the pan with some
salt.
-Add some pieces of onion.
-Fry during 15 minutes.
-Mix the fried potatoes and onion with the beaten
eggs.
-Put the olive oil in a pan with fried pieces of
potatoes and onion.
-Wait for it to set for one side.
-Turn over the omelette with potatoes.
-Put it on a plate and serve it.
