64. I really like learning about a
completely different
language, which is unlike any
language I have learnt before.
I wanted to learn Mandarin because
it was a language that was
completely unrelated to the kind of
languages I was familiar with, and I
was interested to see how the
language, particularly the characters
worked. Also the China trip
sounded amazing!
I enjoy learning
Mandarin as I find
different cultures
interesting.
I really like learning about a
completely different
language, which is unlike any
language I have learnt before.
I enjoy learning about a
culture and language which
are so different to ours. It is
interesting and challenging
but I feel it’s worth it to learn
a unique skill I’d never get
otherwise.
I really like learning about a
completely different
language, which is unlike any
language I have learnt before.
I enjoy learning
Mandarin because of
all the cool
characters.
I enjoy learning languages and since I didn’t want
to take a language for A level I thought taking up
Mandarin would be fun and is. It would also
look good on my UCAS application.
I think learning
Mandarin is
interesting and it is
useful to know. It is
also a unique skill to
have.
