DESIGN QUeSTIONS + GOALS

    THE PURPOSE
     If lacrosse coaches, players, and parents had an
     intuitive and engaging way to collect, visualize,
     and analyze their performance data, then they would:

     a) take the time explore and learn from the data,

     b) be able to improve their performance by
     targeting areas shown by the data to need extra
     work, and

     c) have a richer emotional experience in the
     process.

                                                                     need to find their name, find

DIGITAL scorekeeping                                                 the goals column, tick off a
                                                                     goal, note the time on the game
                                                                     clock, write down the time, then
       the current [paper] system.                                   record the goal AGAIN down at
                                                                     the bottom....UGH.

THE LOCKER ROOM REcap THE DESIGN QUESTIONS Q: What benefits would athletes, coaches, and parents in the lacrosse community receive from having a way to collect, visualize, and analyze their data that they would actually want to use? THANKYOU. Q: What impact would having unlimited access to their own performance data have on the athletic performance and emotional experience of young athletes? THE PURPOSE If lacrosse coaches, players, and parents had an intuitive and engaging way to collect, visualize, and analyze their performance data, then they would: THANKYOU. a) take the time explore and learn from the data, b) be able to improve their performance by targeting areas shown by the data to need extra work, and c) have a richer emotional experience in the process.
