In GCSE English Language and English Literature you will be building on the English skills you have been developing since starting school.
Today we’re going to focus on one aspect of the GCSE Language specification – Unit 3: Spoken Language
This unit has 3 parts: S&L coursework (3 tasks), writing for the spoken voice and spoken language study (2 written tasks, up to 2 hours per task).
These LOs address the ‘understand the use of standard and non-standard English’ aspect of the specification.
