Q: What and how many people should do one thing? A: There should be only a couple of people really good at one thing so while Bob can photograph, Mary can dive. Q: What is one accept you want to see with the team? A: I think the team should be able to communicate well and be able to explain the concept of what they are doing.

They have divers, photographers, biologists, sound checkers, and a lot of scientists and researchers.
