It’s not just questions, but the right questions and the feelings they evoke.
There is a previous post on how important asking questions is here: Ask Questions, if you want to

But today, I want to share a video with you that I came across recently claiming to make you Feel
Way better in only 4 minutes. I gave it a try and I have to tell you, if you really focus on the questions
presented and get in the “good feeling place” of what you desire, I bet you will be feeling a ton better!

what success would feel like to you.

Studies with athletes have shown the power of visualization. The brain cannot tell the difference
