8. What is a chemical reaction? A chemical reaction is a process that leads to the transformation of one set of chemicals substances to another.

9. What is the difference between a chemical and physical reaction? A physical change is reversible, a chemical change is not. For example, the freezing of water would be a physical change because it can be reversed, whereas the burning of wood is a chemical change because you can’t reverse it.
