PA needs to draft a strong Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP), not for the sake of the Chesapeake, but for the health of the Susquehanna. In January, the PA Fish and Boat Commission came out with a resolution that points out that the water quality of the Susquehanna is the cause for the demise of the Susquehanna bass fishery.
